In order to sell your St. Louis Cardinals Ballpark Founders Seats on the website, you must first create an account. There is no charge to create an account. You can then login to your account, click the Create Listing button, and fill out some basic information about your listing.
You will receive an email each time a buyer submits an offer on your listing. You will have 48 hours to accept or reject this offer before it expires. When you reject an offer you may submit a counter offer to the buyer. The buyer will have 48 hours to accept this counter offer.
After you accept an offer, we will get agreement between you and the buyer on the terms of sale for any tickets. Any transaction regarding tickets (including payment for tickets and delivery of tickets) will be arranged between you and the buyer upon completion of the transfer based on these agreed-upon terms. We do not handle the ticket part of the transaction. Any offer accepted before August 1 will automatically include the buyer getting the rights to purchase any postseason tickets directly from the Ticket Office.
Once we have agreement between you and the buyer on the terms of the ticket sale, we will email payment instructions to the buyer. There is nothing for you to do until the buyer has submitted payment.
Once the buyer has submitted payment, we will email the transfer instructions to both you and the buyer. You and the buyer will then complete the transfer of the PSLs with the Ticket Office.
Once we confirm with the Ticket Office that your transfer is complete, we will send you payment for the sales price less the Transaction Fee. The Transaction Fee is calculated as 5% of the sale price (minimum $250).
You and the buyer will arrange any ticket transaction at this time (if applicable). The Marketplace will provide both buyer and seller with the necessary contact information to complete the ticket transaction.
The seller is charged a Transaction Fee calculated as 5% of the sale price (minimum $250). This fee will be deducted from the check we send you after your transaction is complete.
The seller will receive payment by check or wire transfer (upon request). Upon verification of the transfer, a check (less the transfer fee) is sent to the seller. The seller will receive an email with a tracking number once the payment is shipped.
